Could this be love?

I received a property price-change alert in my email this morning. Here are some of the lovely details:

4 bedrooms, 2 and a half baths...
3100 square feet...
5.8 acres with a 1900 square foot pole barn...
Right down the road from my parents' house...

Its been reduced to just a smidge above our price range, but I think its leaves just enough room for negotiating. We're going to go take a look at it after I get home from work. This could be the longest day ever...
